Chandigarh College of Hospitality organized one-day workshop on “Food Preparation without Preservatives” on 12th September 2025 for students of BSc. Nutrition and Dietetics Hons. The session, led by Ms. Rajinder Pal Kaur, Founder of Just Nature, highlighted the harmful effects of preservatives and emphasized the importance of adopting natural cooking methods.
With 55 participants, the workshop featured engaging discussions and live demonstrations on preparing healthy food using natural ingredients. Students gained practical insights into preservative-free cooking and were inspired to incorporate natural food alternatives into their daily routines.
The session successfully promoted awareness about healthy food practices and motivated students to embrace a preservative-free lifestyle.
