At Chandigarh Business School of Administration, we are not only concerned about academics but we also emphasize multifaceted development of students through various events and activities. We have various Management Clubs like Finance Club, Marketing Club, HR Club, Analytics Club, Entrepreneurs Club, and Cultural Club. These clubs are run by MBA students along with faculty members. We encourage students in organizing different activities like quizzes, industrial visits, a series of guest/expert lectures, case competition, B-Starter, Banking, and Finance Congress, HR Symposium, Navtarang, CSR Summit, workshops, and various cultural activities. It helps in understanding the mantras of various management disciplines. The club gives the chance to apply classroom learning to the outside world.

The case-Based Teaching approach not only helps to understand the theoretical concept but also enhances students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The management students as budding managers learn to analyze a situation and then use the resources in hand to solve the problem. Special sessions based on case discussion specifically focused on Management Lessons from a realistic situation from the corporate world, movies, etc. Usually, these sessions focus on the concepts of leadership, motivation, strategy formulation and effectiveness of communication. These sessions discuss the importance of concepts of creativity and innovation in the problem-solving approach and the creation of a pass to success.

CGC, Landran provides students with the platform to have international exposure through different international programs. International Affairs Department at CGC, Landran facilitating students to get international exposure via exemplary international programs such as Summer Winter Virtual school, International Internship Training, Semester exchange and Higher education opportunities.

Project-Based Learning is the essence of all programs at CBSA. As a part of the syllabus, Project-based learning emphasizes intensive, with functional area courses, a variety of specialization as a part of elective subjects. At CBSA our students work on Experiential/Live Projects, Global Virtual Teams, Global Classrooms, Local Relevance, Sustainability & Social Responsiveness, Leadership Building, Emphasis on Indian business models, etc. Thus, students build on their research skills and deepen their learning of applied content beyond facts.
