Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) – State Championship (PPT Challenge)

Dr. Mandheer Kaur, NSS Program officer Chandigarh college of Technology, Landran Associate Professor, Department of Biotechnology, served as esteemed jury members at the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) – State Championship (PPT Challenge) organized by Directorate youth affairs , Chandigarh. Dr. Mandheer judged event titled Making India Startup Champion and Mr. Sham, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer applications , judged Cultural diplomacy and global influence for Viksit Bharat

The event was held on 11 December 2025 at Chandigarh University, Gharuan (Mohali). The championship aimed to provide a platform for young leaders to present innovative ideas and perspectives aligned with the vision of a developed India.

As jury members, Dr. Mandheer Kaur and Mr. Sham evaluated student presentations based on innovation, clarity of thought, content relevance, and presentation skills. Their participation reflects the institution’s active involvement in academic excellence, interdisciplinary engagement, and national-level initiatives promoting youth leadership.

Youth affairs and NSS (National Service Scheme) awareness programs play a vital role in shaping socially responsible and value-driven youth. These NSS awareness activities enhance social consciousness, leadership qualities, and civic responsibility among students, contributing to holistic personality development and nation building.
