STEM Exploration Visit

The Department of RISE proudly organized the STEM Exploration Visit – A Journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047 for the students of Sardar Baldev Singh Senior Secondary Smart School, Majatri, Mohali. The initiative aimed at nurturing curiosity, inspiring creativity, and empowering school students to think beyond boundaries with the power of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Prof. (Dr.) Neha Sharma, Dean (R&D), emphasized the importance of fostering scientific thinking at an early age, highlighting how such initiatives prepare students to become problem-solvers and innovators for tomorrow. Dr. Amresh Kumar, CEO of ACIC RISE, encouraged the students to dream big and assured them that innovation has no age bar—what matters is curiosity, determination, and the courage to build solutions for society.

Through engaging interactions and hands-on exploration, the session highlighted how young ideas can transform into impactful innovations for a stronger, self-reliant Bharat. The visit proved to be a stepping stone in guiding students towards future career pathways and aligning their dreams with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
