Psychometric Analysis for Research-Driven Skill Mapping and Futuristic Career Path

ACIC RISE Association, CEC-CGC Landran organised a Sensitization Program on “Psychometric Analysis for Research-Driven Skill Mapping and Futuristic Career Path.” Dr. Neha Sharma, Dean Research, CGC Landran, graced the event with her presence. Dr. Dinesh Arora, Head IPR Cell, CGC Landran, emphasized the need for Intellectual Property (IP) protection of innovative ideas for academic growth, entrepreneurship, and global competitiveness.

The session was conducted by Ms. Nishu Jain (Career Counselor and CEO, Acorn Edutech), who highlighted the importance of career counselling in the context of the National Education Policy. The psychometric analysis introduced during the session aimed at helping students align their personal competencies with the Intellectual Property ecosystem, guiding them toward emerging opportunities in innovation.

Students gained a deeper understanding of the need to recognize their individual strengths and industry-relevant skills to effectively develop IP within their respective domains. Additionally, the session offered valuable insights into choosing futuristic career pathways in other countries.
