Ozone Week Celebration – Preserving the environment for a greener tomorrow!

An initiative towards protecting the environment and raising the awareness on ozone layer depletion, CGC Landran is organizing Ozone Week wherein various events would be conducted with the aim to promote the conservation and enhancement of natural resources.

The week has begun with the Tree Plantation drive to incorporate the idea of a green and healthy environment. 30 engineering students planted saplings of various plants like Gulmohar, Amaltas, Sheesham, Sukhchain at the New Landran village. The students also pledged to continue to plant trees in the future for maintaining a sustainable environment.
