MoU Signing Between Chandigarh College of Hospitality and The Kikar Lodge, Punjab

Chandigarh College of Hospitality is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Kikar Lodge, a renowned luxury resort in Punjab, marking a significant step toward strengthening academic-industry collaboration.

This strategic partnership is designed to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world industry practices by offering students enhanced practical exposure, internship opportunities, and clear career pathways within the hospitality sector. The MoU has an element to be focused on creating opportunities for students from Ropar region; closer to their places of residence.

The MoU was formalized in the presence of key dignitaries, including Mr. Amrinder Singh Chopra, CEO of The Kikar Lodge; Dr. Vimal Kumar, Director Principal of Chandigarh College of Hospitality; Mr. Mandeep Singh, Director of Training and Placement; and Mr. Devash Rana, Training and Placement Incharge.

Through this collaboration, students will benefit from hands-on training, live project involvement, and mentorship from seasoned industry professionals. The partnership also envisions regular workshops, expert guest lectures, and other joint initiatives aimed at advancing hospitality education and cultivating a skilled, industry-ready workforce.
