INDIA’S FIRST LEADERSHIP TALK SERIES BY DR. RAMESH POKHRIYAL’NISHANK’, MINISTER OF HRD, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA.

Institute Innovation Council (established by MHRD) of CGC Landran organized Episode-4, live session for “India First Leadership Talk Series” by Dr.Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’, Minister of Human Resource Development, Government of India on the theme “Innovation for Resurgent India” on 22nd August, 2019 from 11:00 to 11:45 AM at Seminar-Hall, 4th Floor, Block-3.
Faculty Members and Students of CGC Landran attended Episode-5, Live session of Dr.RameshPokhriyal’Nishank’, Minister of Human Resource Development, Government of India at 11:00 AM. The talk began with the importance of time management in which he explained the audience that there is no substitute to it. If one needs to succeed, he/she needs to manage his time accordingly.
Moving ahead, questions like the importance of leadership skills and what exactly are the leadership skills were taken up, which indeed helped everyone to understand the term leader and leadership in depth.
Hon’ble Minister also shared his daily schedule with the audience and he highlighted the importance of writing in his life. He encouraged everyone to find out the thing that motivates them and very beautifully explained that why and how one needs to keep up with the motivation.
Also, the current scenario of education system was discussed with special emphasis on practical learning and the need to produce more and more entrepreneurs as compared to the managers. The talk proved to be of great help to everyone. It provided a vision, motivation and a will to achieve anything and everything in the future and make our nation proud.
