Empathy is brought in to replace Sympathy!

A National Conference on Education of Persons with Disabilities: Reality, Reflection and Reforms was held at the campus of CGC Landran. Dr. Trishanjit Kaur, Dean Colleges Development Council, Punjabi University, Patiala and Prof. B.S.Chavan,Director Principal, Govt. Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh shared insights on various topics including curriculum adaptation, employability and pedagogical practices in inclusive education speaker. The 2-day National Conference was conducted with an aim to discuss free and compulsory education for PWD and 4% reservation in Government jobs amongst delegates from Punjabi University, Kurukshetra University, Punjab Agricultural University, NCERT and Punjab & Haryana High.
