EDUCATIONAL VISIT TO SOTC, CHANDIGARH

Students of Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management (BTTM), Chandigarh College of Hospitality, CGC, Landran visited SOTC on 14th November, 2025 for an insightful industry exposure session.

The visit helped students understand real-time travel agency operations — from itinerary planning, ticketing, and reservations to handling customer queries, cancellations, and crisis situations.

Guided by Mr. Navneet Gupta (Manager) and Ms. Shilpa Rana, the session offered valuable insights into corporate travel management and designing domestic & international tour packages.
