The Faculty Development Programme on Theme: "Empowering Educators for Excellence in Academia and Beyond" commenced successfully on, 12/05/2025, with enthusiastic participation from faculty members across various institutions. The programme was organised by BBA Dept and was scheduled for five days (12-16May’25), aiming to equip faculty with updated knowledge, research insights, and innovative pedagogical strategies.FDP was conducted to enhance the professional capabilities of educators, aligning their skills with contemporary educational demands. The program's outcomes underscore the importance of continuous professional development in shaping the future of education.
