A successful wrap-up of the two-day International E-Conference on Contemporary Advances in Mechanical Engineering and Innovations in Communication, Computing and Sciences!

The 2-day joint #InternationalE-Conference on Contemporary Advances in Mechanical Engineering and Innovations in Communication Computing and Sciences, headed by our Department of Mechanical Engineering;(#ME) and Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (#ECE) respectively commenced on 24th of July, 2020. The very first day witnessed more than 500 participants including researchers, students, research scholars, academic scientists, and faculties.As our Chief guest, Prof. K.K. Aggarwal, Chairman, NBA, India, joined our virtual conference. He addressed all the participants during the inaugural ceremony and encouraged all the young engineers to adopt interdisciplinary approaches in problem-solving. During this conference, he unveiled the contemporary techniques that are prevalent in the industries.The guest of Honour Prof. Elangovan Rajagopalan, KCT College, Chennai, and Former Scientist, ISRO also shared his valuable insights. This was followed by distinct sessions by the International and national keynote speakers on the latest trends, technological advancements & challenges in the spheres of ECE and ME.Followed by the successful wrap-up, came the second day 2 of joint International E-Conference on Contemporary Advances in Mechanical Engineering and Innovations in Communication Computing and Sciences. On the second day of this virtual conference, we were accompanied by guests including Prof. Dr. Rajesh Khanna, Thapar University, Prof (Dr.) Sapna Gambhir, JC Bose University of Science and Technology, Faridabad and Prof (DR.) Dushyant Gupta, HOD Electronics, Institute of Integrated & Honours Studies, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana who brought more valuable facts to the table. After the smooth interaction of these eminent personalities, the conference concluded with a valedictory session wherein the Guest of Honour, Prof. (Dr.) Jatinder Madan, CCET, Chandigarh addressed the participants on the importance of interdisciplinary education in engineering.
