Nutrition and Dietetics (Honors), Chandigarh College of Hospitality embarked on a transformative journey to Pawala Village, Fatehgarh Sahib, delving into the profound significance of millets in preserving water and soil. Millet based delicacies like Bajra chat, Dahi Vada, and Ladoo showcased the culinary diversity intertwined with sustainability, as students prepared and savored these nutritious treats, crafted from sorghum flour, foxtail millet, and a medley of dry fruits.
