Delegates from Curtin University, Australia visit CGC Landran

As technology has taken such a giant leap, its impact is visible in every sphere of life. One of the most important aspects that has been drastically impacted by technology is our career. Therefore, apprising students on the influence of the new technologies and social media on their career, we conducted a Guest Lecture by the esteemed delegation of our partner university – Curtin University, Australia.

Prof. Julia Richardson, Head of School Management and Michelle Sim, International Partnerships Consultant and Pavan Kumar K, Country Recruitment Executive from Curtin University took a highly informative session with our business students.

Speaking on the topic ‘Impact of Social Media and AI on a student’s career’, Prof Julia Richardson shared interesting facts about how to carve a rewarding career in the present digital era. Highlighting the importance of LinkedIn and ways to manage one’s online existence on platforms like Facebook and #Instagram, the students were provided with valuable information.

Furthermore, Michelle Sim accustomed students on the partnership of CGC Landran with their University. Our students of MBA, B.Com and BBA programs can take up Credit Transfer program wherein one part of their program will be taken up in CGC Landran and the other part in Curtin University.
