Eligibility:-To secure admission in B. Pharmacy one must have cleared 10+2 with Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects and one of the following as an additional subject: Math/Biology/Biotechnology/ Computer Science with at least 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category).
Candidates who have passed Diploma in Pharmacy from Punjab State Board of Technical Education / any other university / State Board of Technical Education provided the diploma is duly approved by the PCI / AICTE are also eligible.
LATERAL ENTRY TO the SECOND YEAR
The minimum qualifications for admission to the 2nd year/3rd semester of B. Pharmacy are as follows:
(a) All candidates who have passed the diploma in Pharmacy with 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) from any educational institution affiliated to Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training/ Punjabi University or any other University or any State Board of Technical Education which is duly approved by the PCI/AICTE are eligible.
(b) Students who are directly admitted to the Pharmacy 2nd year need to pass all of the subjects of B. Pharmacy first year.
