Mr. Rajpal S. Ghai - Deputy Director (Planning & Operations)

Mr Rajpal Singh Ghai, Deputy Director (Planning & Operations) at Chandigarh Group of Colleges is distinguished for his contributions to the college in planning and execution of several curricular as well as co-curricular events and activities in the Group.

A commerce graduate from University of Mumbai, he also possesses a Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Business Administration. Formerly Department Manager with the country’s renowned retail chain, Shoppers Stop, Mr. Ghai has been instrumental in strengthening the Brand CGC.Having worked with other prominent names in the corporate sector such as Tata AIG & Efunds International India Pvt. Ltd he has a vast experience of over 4 years in the industry in Client handling and Team organization.

Having effectively managed and trained several teams under him as a Manager, he possesses exemplary skills as an administrator. Acting as a strong common liaison between the Management, Students and the Staff of CGC, he is successfully supporting the organization of several major cultural events, placement drives and job festivals in the group.

Besides supervising the overall Quality Control and Policy planning procedures he effectively handles all the Design and Print requirements of the Institute and overall Recruitments of the Group Institutes.
