Hotel Management

Our Colleges of Hotel Management have Advance Training Kitchen. Training Bar. Quantity Food Kitchen. Demonstration Kitchen. Advance Training Restaurant. Accommodation Lab. Laundry. Front Office. Model Guest Suite, and Model Guest Room. The state-of-the-art advanced training restaurants, comparable to the restaurants of a five-star hotel and Basic Training Restaurant are used for providing students practical knowledge of the F&. B service curriculum. 'SIP-N-BITE'. a venture of CCH provides retail exposure to the students. Students prepare new recipes and serve it to fellow students and staff at a nominal price. A fully-equipped bar with all kinds of glassware and equipment is used to train the students to serve and present different wines, spirits, liquors and cocktails. The bakery gives training in the art of baking cakes, cookies and pastries.

 

Pharmacy and Bio-Technology

Pharmacy include Pharmaceutics Lab. Pharmaceutical Chemistry Lab, Pharmaceutical Analysis Lab. Pharmacology Lab. Pharmacognosy Lab. Pharmaceutical Bio-technology Lab. Machine Room, and a Central Instrumentation Room. Bio-technology labs include Animal Cell Culture lab, Plant Tissue Culture lab, Environment lab, Fermentation lab, Food Bio-technology lab, Bio-chemistry lab and Chemistry lab.

 

Computers

CGC has up-to-date computer labs with latest softwares and hardwares to train the students practically. Sufficient time is allotted to give an optimum lab exposure to the students. Individual attention is given to every student. Students are provided round-the -clock internet facility, where they can surf the net to gather knowledge from various sites.
